Amory Railroad Festival
We went to the Railroad Festival in Amory, Mississippi to enjoy the festival and to spend time with Trey's family before Chris started his chemotherapy treatments. Julia and Noah had a great time getting her face painted. Savannah, Jack and Julia loved jumping on the jumpers doing flips of all sorts. Noah did not care too much about the jumpers.
It's Going, Going, Going, GONE!!!
Jack hit his first true out of the park homerun at a tournament in Hoover! We are so proud of our little boy. He is serious about baseball and plans for it to be a part of his life for a long time! We have talked about having a back up plan, but what mom doesn't dream of her baby boy running onto the field in front of thousands of people playing America's Game! I'm sure this will the first of many! Hopefully next time I will think to get my camera out and catch a little of the excitement with Jack and his team. This time I was too wrapped up in my excitement!

Super NIT 2013
We started this baseball season off to a very rocky start. I was very leary when we registered for this large tournament. Our sweet boys came out in full force and won both of our pool play games on Saturday. The played their hearts out and were ready to return on Sunday to play for the championship. Playing for the championship we did. The boys were undefeated going into the championship game, but came up a little short in the championship game. The boys were very excited with their wins. Instead of getting individual trophies each boy received a ring. So cool! We ended the tournament 2nd out of 18 teams. Very impressive after not winning a game in the two previous tournaments this year.
These four sweet boys were selected to the all tournament team! They get to choose to play in another tournament made up of additional players from across the state. So proud of these boys and the many accomplishments they have made over the past few year.
